The CCS / Boiler Retrofit ModificationThe initial commercial application of the CCS is to update and retrofit an industrial stoker design boiler. "CCS-StokerTM Retrofit 3D View" shows a 3-dimensional drawing of a CCS-StokerTM boiler layout incorporating the retrofit modifications.  CCS-StokerTM Retrofit 3D View This project is now under construction with planned start-up in early 2007. By reducing the stack emissions, the plant will comply with the 1990 Clean Air Act and has received a construction permit with waiver of PSD and NSPS requirements for plant modifications. Emission reduction projects do not trigger CAAA NSR issues.
